Branch Management & Administration:- Planning, Organizing, Leading, Administering and Controlling all the operations of the branch.
Marketing and business development – Prepare and implement the branch marketing strategies and plans, identify and pursue areas of profitable business, to reach targets of the branch, Providing feedback to HO for business expansion opportunities
Customer Service: – Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt and efficient response and resolution of customer complaints /queries. Maintain a cordial relation amongst customers of the bank.
Credit administration – To ensure that credit is administered as per the laid out credit guidelines, monitor and make decisions and carry out loan appraisals. Make Plan to recover overdue, NPA & Written off accounts.
Staff Management – Providing leadership to the team by coaching, training, motivating and managing staff performance. Coordinating with different departments of HO for the branch needs.
Compliance- Submission of Compliance to Audit reports and regular reporting to HO
Any degree holder with 3 years experience in a Bank at Managerial level.
