Position : Chief Technology Officer
Location : Ballari, Karnataka
Reporting to : MD

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science.
  2. 15 years of experience in relevant areas and should have worked in senior Leadership/Management role for a minimum of 5 years.
  3. The Candidate should have worked in Banking-IT related areas/projects involving
        a) IT Policy and Planning
        b) Applications/ Financial Information Systems
        c) Cyber Security Technologies etc.
  4. Certification to the appropriate area is preferable and will be a value added.
  5.  Proven experience in project management, information technology strategies, and architecture.
    6. Experience in the financial industry is preferred

Job Description

  1. Development and implementation of new technologies.
  2. Managing Bank’s IT infrastructure and ensuring its secure,reliable and scalable
  3. Advice to MD/Board
  4. Leading Bank’s Innovation Projects and Technology vision.
  5. Building and managing the IT team.
  6. Managing Bank’s technology Budget (Long term and Short term)
  7. Managing communication of Bank’s Strategy to the Board and all the stakeholders
  8. Identify, Manage and Mitigate the Technology Risk of the banking
