PROBATIONARY OFFICERS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Eligible candidates: Graduates/Post Graduates from a recognized University in India.
  2. Applicants must be hailing from Karnataka State and well Conversant with the Local Language.
  3. Age: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 years as on 31-01-2024.

  1. Candidates fulfilling the above criteria to apply online by making use of the application provided in the web drive
  2. The application must be complete in all respects. Incomplete applications with missing details will not be taken into consideration and the application fee remitted will be forfeited.

  1. The applicant shall remit ₹ 300 as the fee to the Bank through NEFT.

MODE OF SELECTION:

The selection will be on the basis of performance in the online test and Personal interview.

  1. Marks for online test 50.
  2. Marks for Oral Interview 50.
  • Duration of online test: 30 minutes for 50 questions.
  • The candidates whose application is found to be in order in terms of the eligibility criteria, information furnished and the fee remitted will be called to appear for the online test with the link shared on the WhatsApp number provided at the time of registration.
  • The candidates to make use of the link shared by the Bank to their respective mobile and Email.

 

PERSONAL INTERVIEW:

  1. Based on the performance in the online test a ranking list will be prepared and required No. of candidates are called for a Personal interview before the Bank’s recruitment committee.
  2. The candidates have to appear for a Personal interview at the Bank’s Head Office Ballari, at their own cost.

SELECTION OF THE CANDIDATES:

  1. A Ranking list of the successful candidates in the online test and oral interview shall be prepared and the orders of appointment will be released in the order of the ranking list, against the vacancies.
  2. The select list will be valid for a period of 1 Year from the date of the interview.
